is a camp run by volunteer Christians for youth who may not be able to afford camp. We run 2 consecutive camps in August every year. The camp we rent, which is owned by Four Square Church, is located at Chilliwack Lake.
- Boys Camp, which is for boys between the ages of 11 - 18. This six day camp is July 28 - August 2
- GirlsCamp, which is for girls between the ages of 11 - 18. This six day camp is August 2 - August 7
Activities
hiking, swimming, daily bible studies, fireside, chapel time, and nighttime games like Capture the Flag and Predator. There are many trails to explore on the camp property as well as supervised hikes off site. Some of these off site hikes include a hike to an old silver mine and a hike to many waterfalls which are located just across the lake from the camp.
Amenities
The camp has a large cabin with a common area and two large rooms with bunk beds. On another area of the camp, there is a chapel, with beds upstairs. The camp has 6 pit toilets, and no showers. The camp is lakefront and baths are taken in the lake. There is a kitchen tent where all meals are held. There are generators for power at night. The camp has 2 private docks.
Meals
Most of our food is donated by local merchants and organizations. While preparing meals, we take into account any allergies that any camper or volunteer may have. This may include preparing a separate meal to accommodate these allergies. The water at the camp is not potable, so is boiled before drinking and preparing food.
There is always at least one first aid attendant present during camp. They take care of all medications in a locked box in private quarters. A first aid attendant supervises all off site hikes.
